Plaintiff, statutory liquidator of Preferred Accident Insurance Company of New York, seeks a judgment requiring defendant, Ward & Company, to account for and pay over premiums of $6,112.97 in the latter’s hands on April 30, 1951 when the order of liquidation was entered in the Supreme Court of New York.
