This is a personal injury case and a companion case to Aluminum Company of America v. Guthrie, 303 Ark. 177, 793 S.W.2d 785 (1990) (Aluminum Company of America appealed a 1.1 million dollar jury verdict in favor of Guthrie). The appellant, Brad Guthrie, contends that the trial court erred in granting the motion for summary judgment of the appellee, Samuel Kemp, on the basis that there were genuine issues of material fact for the jury to decide.

We disagree and affirm.
