OPINION

MARGOLIS, Judge.

In this military pay case, plaintiff appeals from a decision of the Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR). Specifically, plaintiff asks that this court reverse the decision discharging the plaintiff, revoke the cancellation of plaintiffs enlistment extension, reinstate plaintiff to Recruiters School, correct plaintiff’s records by deleting certain fitness reports, and award plaintiff back pay and benefits.
