MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM L. STOCKS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding came before the court on November 13, 2008, for trial. Stephanie Osborne-Rogers appeared on behalf of the plaintiff and Sara A. Conti appeared on behalf of the defendants.
