Jose Padilla appeals from two orders of the Hardin Circuit Court denying his motions for RCr 11.42 and CR 60.02 relief after his case was remanded by the Kentucky Supreme Court for an evidentiary hearing following the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Padilla v. Kentucky, — U.S. —, 130 S.Ct. 1473, 176 L.Ed.2d 284 (2010).
