DOWD, Presiding Judge.

Defendants, builders and sellers of a residential home, appeal the jury verdict in plaintiffs’ action for breach of an implied warranty of habitability. We affirm.

Hayco Builders, Inc. and Community Savings Service Corporation formed a joint venture known as C & H Builders for the purpose of developing and selling units in a residential subdivision in Saint Charles, Missouri.
