ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
Theodore Mothershed was convicted of aiding and abetting a bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113(a), and sentenced to a prison term of twenty years and a special assessment of $50.00. For reversal he argues that the District Court erred in refusing his instruction on how the jury should weigh accomplice testimony, that it erred in admitting evidence of his prior conviction for possessing stolen bank money, that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury’s verdict, and that his lawyer was ineffective at trial.
