MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JONES, District Judge.
Plaintiffs are the unpaid sellers of perishable agricultural commodities. They commenced this action in 1989, claiming that Defendant Korea Commercial Bank (“KCB” or the “Bank”) violated the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (“PACA”), 7 U.S.C. § 499e. 1 Plaintiffs claim that A.B. Shalom Produce Corp.
