The controversy involves the liability of the appellee to account for 670 shares of the capital stock of the Kekaha Sugar Company, reported by the appellee to have been sold under the act known as the Trading with the Enemy Act, by the Alien Property Custodian, as property of beneficiaries of the estate of Otto Isenberg, deceased.
