I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff-Appellant Lexington Insurance Company (“Lexington”) appeals the district court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment and grant of partial summary judgment to Defendant-Appellee Scott’s Liquid Gold-Inc. (“Scott’s”). The district court ruled that Lexington had a duty to indemnify Scott’s for its liability relating to releases of environmental contaminants. Lexington also appeals the district court’s award of attorney fees to Scott’s. This court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm the district court’s grant of partial summary…
