WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.
This continuing litigation has spawned a preliminary injunction hearing, two trials and now this appeal of several rulings in Cingular’s favor. We affirm all the rulings except that we find that judgment as a matter of law should have been entered in Cingular’s favor on Kempner’s tortious interference with prospective economic advantage claim because the evidence in this case reveals that Cingular did nothing more to “interfere” with Kempner than compete for business in the cellular phone market.
