After conducting elaborate surveillance, a team of federal, state, and local law enforcement officials nabbed Nazario Varela, Magdalena Correa, Arturo Garcia Parra, and Luis Garcia Parra on cocaine trafficking and possession charges. (In order to keep the two Garcia Parra brothers straight, we will refer to them using their first names.)
