This is an appeal by an employee from a decree of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission affirming a decree of a trial commissioner denying and dismissing so much of the employee’s petition for review as seeks weekly compensation benefits for incapacity returning by reason of the effects of an earlier compensable injury. The commission grounded its rejection primarily on a finding that the employee failed to prove a loss of earning capacity.
