On January 11, 2008, plaintiff PPV Connection, Inc. (“PPVC” or “Plaintiff’) filed an amended complaint against numerous defendants for violations of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 533 and 605 (Docket No. 1).
