STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 This appeal arises from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County that sustained Appellees’ Preliminary Objections and dismissed Appellant’s Second Amended Class Action Complaint. The issue presented on appeal concerns the res judicata effect of a confessed judgment, entered against Appellant in a previous action brought by Appellees, upon a subsequent suit brought by Appellant against Appellees.
