This case is before the Court on Petitioner Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC”) Order To Show-Cause seeking to enforce its subpoena. Respondent Roadway Express, Inc. (“Roadway”) filed a brief in opposition, arguing that 1) the Commissioner’s Charge requested information outside the scope of its authority; 2) the requested information was not relevant; and 3) permitting the EEOC to obtain the requested information would put an undue burden on the Respondent.
