WALKER, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decree striking an amendment to the plaintiff’s (appellant’s) bill, which was made under the leave granted by this court in disposing of a former appeal in the same case, and dismissing the bill as amended in so far as the allegations thereof refer to properties in or as to which this court decided that the original bill did not show that the plaintiff had or has the rights or interests which it claimed and sought to have enforced.
