On the 16th day of August, 1910, Solomon M. Cunningham and Beulah B. Cunningham executed a note to the Interstate Mortgage Trust Company and at the same time, as a security for Ithe payment of the same, executed a mortgage on certain real estate situated in the city of Lawton, Oklahoma, stipulating therein that they would pay ithe debt and taxes due for 1912, 1913, and 1914.
