Olympic Automotive & Accessories (“Olympic”), The Wellness Inc. and José Joaquín Robles (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (“PREPA”) and several of its officers (collectively “Defendants”), arguing that Defendants violated their due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution and their statutory rights under Law 33 of June 27, 1985, P.R.
