*1041In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Liebowitz, J.), entered December 11, 2007, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and denied her cross motion for leave to amend the caption of the summons and complaint to reflect the name of the defendant as “Giuffre Hyundai of White Plains, Ltd.”
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
