We granted certiorari in Raitz v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., 944 P.2d 657 (Colo.App.1997), to determine whether, once a named insured of an automobile liability insurance policy consents to another’s use. of the insured vehicle, the Colorado Auto Accident Reparations Act, see §§ 10-4-701 to -726, 3 C.R.S.
