Fiberglass Industries, Inc. (“F.G.I.”), the parent company and three wholly-owned subsidiaries of F.G.I.: F.G.I. Fibers, Inc. (“Fibers”), Northeast Fiberglass Industries of Amsterdam, New York, Inc. (“Northeast”), and Homestead Place Corp. (“Homestead”), (collectively referred to as “debtors”) filed for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended (“Code”) on September 28, 1984.
