MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROBERT L. EISEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on to be heard on the objection of General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) to confirmation of the debtors’ plan of arrangement under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

The plan proposes to pay secured creditors the full value of their collateral, i. e., the secured portion of their claims, and 10% of the balance of their claims along with the other unsecured creditors. At the time of filing the petition, the debtors owed GMAC approximately $4,000 on the purchase of a 1975 Buick Regal which was purchased in January,…
