Clarence Rozell Goode, Jr., who was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death by the State of Oklahoma, appeals the denial by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma of his application for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 . Goode's application raises two claims: (1) a claim under *1141 Brady v.
