It is not contended that tbe construction of tbe floor level of tbe storeroom six inches below tbe floor level of tbe main lobby of tbe building, from wbicb tbe door led to tbe storeroom, constituted negligence. Tbe negligence stressed in tbe brief being confined to tbe allegations of failure to adequately light tbe step down immediately at tbe door between tbe lobby and tbe storeroom, and tbe failure to give warning or notice of such step down, wbicb tbe plaintiff in her brief denominates as a “stumbling block.”
