MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARK B. McFEELEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon the debtor’s application, pursuant to Section 363(b) of the Bankruptcy Code for approval of a proposed lease of substantially all of the debtor’s property.
This chapter 11 proceeding was filed on November 18, 1983. Thereafter, on December 13, 1983, the debtor filed an application for approval of a proposed lease between the debtor and a Mr. Ed South-well.
