WHET, Inc. originally filed a Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York along with at least one other Chapter 11 involving a Connecticut radio station. In both Chapter ll’s, Anthony Martin-Trigona was the alleged sole stockholder and controlling factor. Venue was challenged and Judge Galgay determined that venue of the Connecticut station Chapter 11 belonged in Connecticut and that the WHET, Inc.
