This matter arises upon (a) the application of certain debtors (sometimes referred to as a “debtor”) for a hearing to consider a sale of substantially all of the operating assets of White Motor Corporation (“White” or “White Motor”) and Gemini Manufacturing Co. (“Gemini”), and (b) the application relating to such sale filed by the Official Creditors’ Committee of Gemini.
