*480 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CANNELLA, District Judge:

Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is held in abeyance for a duration of sixty days from the date of this Order so as to allow plaintiff to conduct such discovery and to collect such evidence, in compliance with the form specified in Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the local civil rules of this Court, as may be necessary to demonstrate the existence of a genuine issue for trial. Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(f). At the expiration of this sixty-day period, defendant may reassert its motion for summary judgment for dismissal of plaintiffs…
