This appeal is from an order of the trial court of date May 20, 1925, refusing a temporary injunction to appellant, whereby it sought to have appellee, Springfield, enjoined, for the remainder of a period expiring six months from and after April 11, 1925, from working on a designated route in the city o'f Houston, either as solicitor or driver, for any person in the dry-cleaning business, basing its claim upon the following contract:
