THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ and Counter-Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 317) and DefendanNCounterclaimant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 304). This case concerns the HCP Plaintiffs’ allegations that Sunrise Senior Living Management, Inc. (“Sunrise”) abused and neglected its management position in connection with the operation of four HCP-owned and HRA-leased senior living facilities. There are nine issues before the Court.
