Appellants, owners of a tract of land within the port district of the port of Anacortes, instituted this action to restrain and enjoin the port commissioners of that port from issuing $93,000 worth of bonds, upon the grounds that the election held to authorize the issuance, in North LaConner precinct, a portion of the port district, was in all respects illegal.
