Plaintiff Laura Patton (“Patton”) seeks an order directing defendant The Thomson Corporation (“Thomson”) to provide the names, addresses, social security numbers, and employment dates of all putative class members and granting her leave to circulate a notice of pendency pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
