DUHÉ, Circuit Judge:

Andrea Millicent Pierce appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of Appellees Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ), Warden Janie Cockrell, and Assistant Warden Harry Kinker. Pierce sued all three defendants for retaliation under Title VII, and the two wardens under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for retaliation against her for her alleged First Amendment speech.
