—Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered March 27, 2002, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of robbery in the second degree, a class C felony (see Penal Law § 160.10), in satisfaction of a three-count felony indictment that arose out of the assault and robbery of a 50-year-old woman.
