Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Delaware County (Becker, J.), rendered October 1, 2003, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree.
Defendant pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree in satisfaction of a four-count *881indictment charging these crimes, as well as burglary in the first degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
