This appeal is brought by Robert and Winona Wynia from an order of the District Court, Cascade County, dismissing their action for declaratory judgment against the City of Great Falls and School District Number One of Cascade County. The Wynias had sought a declaration that the City’s act of closing and barricading a street and alley which adjoined their residential lot was illegal.
