MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for transfer or dismissal of plaintiff’s claims.
FACTS
Defendant Master Lease Corporation is incorporated in Michigan and has its principal place of business in Pennsylvania. Defendant is in the business of providing equipment leasing and financing to business-end users. Plaintiff Cathy H. Nelson was hired by defendant in April of 1990 as a district sales representative in Minnesota and informed that she would be required to go to Pennsylvania to participate in a training program.
