ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO TRANSFER
MARTINEZ, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court for consideration of a motion by all defendants to transfer this case, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Defendants have also concurrently filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to F.R.Civ. Proc. 12(b)(6), but have asked that the motion to transfer be considered first.
