Lead Plaintiffs Sean Hinshaw and Daniel Hovasse, individually and on behalf of all other persons similarly situated, bring this putative class action against Defendants Neurotrope, Inc. ("Neurotrope" or the "Company"), Susanne Wilke and Daniel Alkon (collectively, the "Individual Defendants"), alleging violations of § 10(b) and § 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act").
