This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Hancock County, Mississippi wherein the court sustained a general demurrer and dismissed the bill of complaint. The appellants filed their bill of complaint against appellees, Hancock County Election Commission, individu ally and as members of the Hancock County Election Commission.

The bill alleged that the present existing supervisors districts in Hancock County were designed, created and established more than 100 years ago, and had not since been changed in accordance with material changes of population as reflected by the H. S. Census of 1960;…
