Plaintiff brought action in the district court for Custer county against the county judge of Custer county and the surety on his bond and against the Washington National Insurance Company to recover attorney’s fees pursuant, to an attorney’s lien, alleging proper notice of the lien given. After trial of the action the district court found generally in favor of defendants county judge and the surety on his bond and against .the plaintiff, and generally against the defendant insurance company and for the plaintiff, fixing the amount of plaintiff’s recovery in the sum of $250 attorney’s fee and…
