OLIVER-PARROTT, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury verdict in a breach of contract action for wrongful termination of employment. We affirm. Background

On November 5, 1987, Frank Hall, appel-lee, and Lee-Wright, Incorporated (Lee-Wright), appellant, entered into a contract for the sale of the corporate assets of Hall’s floor covering business, Carpet and Flooring Supplies, Inc. located in Houston.
