The controversy in this proceeding is an outgrowth of reorganization under section 77B, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207. Lyman-Richey Sand & Gravel Company commenced proceedings for the reorganization of the corporation under section 77b of the Bankruptcy Act. In the course of those proceedings, Mr. G. Keyes Page was appointed reorganization manager by the Court, and in due time he presented a plan of reorganization bearing the approval of the debtor and the stockholders holding over 77% of the outstanding capital stock, including the members of the Curtis family, who are made…
