DECISION AND ORDER DENYING ALTERNATIVE MOTION TO DISMISS

MUNSON, District Judge.

THIS MATTER came before the Court for consideration of Defendants’ alternative motion to dismiss the pendent claims under Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) law for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. The administrative remedies at issue provide reduced judicial access to nonimmigrant alien workers alleging wage and labor violations. Plaintiffs Yang and Huang et al.
