This is a bill for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate, and the question to be solved is whether the title of the vendors tendered under the contract is suck a title as the court will compel the purchaser to accept. The bill is filed by the vendors, Frank P. Lippincott, as executor, and Carrie Lippincott, his wife, as executrix of Margaret Runyon, and they have, as such executors, made a contract in writing with the defendant Wikoff for the sale of lands of which the testatrix died seized, acting under a power of sale conferred or supposed to be…
