OPINION and JUDGMENT
DALTON, District Judge.
This is a personal injury action in which the plaintiff, Leon Preston Holt, alleges liability against the various defendants for their alleged negligence. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332.
The incident from which this action arose occurred on November 5, 1968, when the plaintiff was injured when he came in contact with an electrical line serving the building upon which he was working.
