The Virginia Bonded Warehouse Corporation brought an action of trespass on the case against the city of *65Richmond and the Grinnell Company, Incorporated, to recover damages for negligently flooding the warehouse of the plaintiff. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the city of Richmond for $12,252.39, and in favor of the Grinnell Company against the plaintiff.
