OPINION BY NICHOLS, J.:

*86 Appellant Nelson Soto appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed after a jury found him guilty of aggravated assault, simple assault, disarming a police officer, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance. Appellant challenges the denial of his suppression motion, the sufficiency and weight of the evidence, the trial court's refusal to give a requested jury instruction, and the trial court's evidentiary rulings. We affirm.
