This is a workmen’s compensation case.
Appellee James O. Lee initiated these proceedings in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, alleging in his complaint permanent personal injuries and damages suffered as the result of an accident which occurred in the course of his employment by the appellant, The B. F. Goodrich Company, a corporation.
